About Us
Our Title IX practice focuses on all college disciplinary matters at the school level, and state and federal litigation of claims in court proceedings against education institutions. Our experience is nationwide and includes state and federal practice, trials, and appeals. We have represented numerous students in proceedings to combat gender discrimination at major colleges and universities and have obtained significant restorative and monetary settlements for clients accused of sexual misconduct at major U.S. colleges and universities. We have regularly served in critical advisory roles to accused students and complainants of all genders during student disciplinary proceedings.
