Kimberly C. Lau, partner and chair of the firm’s Title IX and College Discipline Practice, moderated a panel entitled, "Expert Evidence That Can Help Prove Lost Opportunity Damages in Light of the Limitations Imposed by Cummings v. Premier Rehab Keller PLLC,"  as part of a full-day CLE for Title IX lawyers held at DLA Piper in Washington, D.C. on November 15.
