Kimmia Salehi is a member of the Title IX/College Disciplinary Department of the law firm of Warshaw Burstein LLP in New York.Her experience includes state and federal litigation, arbitrations, mediations, and appeals. She advocates for students' rights to due process during student disciplinary proceedings in colleges and universities. Ms. Salehi is determined to halt gender discrimination against students in college disciplinary proceedings, and is a zealous advocate for students' education, reputation, and future.
She earned her J.D. and M.B.A. with honors in 2016 from Georgia State University. Before attending law school, Ms. Salehi received a B.A. in political science and economics, cum laude, from Georgia State University in 2012.
