Lau presented as lead speaker in the CLE program, “Symposium on Representing Students Accused of Sexual Assault." In discussing her own case experiences and current case trends, Ms. Lau presented on the history of Title IX which guarantees all students their civil rights and freedom from gender discrimination. The Symposium was held on October 17, 2014 at the offices of DLA Piper LLP in Washington, D.C.
