During the presentation, the panel discussed how the upcoming Title IX regulations compare to the 2020 Title IX regulations, including the potential legal challenges to the proposed Title IX rule under the Administrative Procedures Act, strategies that students should employ during the Title IX process to preserve their rights, and how to best navigate the informal resolution process when participating in a Title IX process.
