Partner Kimberly C. Lau Guest Lectured at Syracuse University
09/29/2023Partner Kimberly C. Lau was invited to speak as a guest lecturer in Professor Kristin L. Walker’s Syracuse University “Advanced Litigation Skills - Motion Practice” class. Drawing from her 17+ years of litigation experience, Ms. Lau covered topics related to pretrial work, including motions to dismiss and discovery-related motions.
Students discussed the nature and practice of motions, as well as engaged in "mock" motion arguments.
